Presence in the virtual space:

The institutional Internet web page www.pna.ro represents the only official communication channel of the institution in the cyberspace.

According to the Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (Directive on privacy and electronic communications) and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance) we have the obligation to inform you about:

The Cookie Policy:

The DNA website creates two cookies in your browser. Most of the dynamic Internet websites (such as the DNA) use cookies.

The cookie is a small record used in the interaction between your browser and the Internet web server, required to store your preferences (such as choosing Romanian or English when visiting our website or to display the message about our usage policy of cookies). The Cookies are also used for the Ajax controls used in the website (for menus). The cookie functionality is required due to the stateless nature of the http protocol, that is used by the web servers and the browsers.

You have the possibility to delete cookies from your browser, those referring to the DNA website (or any other website) or to completely disable the cookies, but in this situation your navigation on the DNA website will not function properly.

These are the two cookies set by the website of the DNA in your browser:
1. The session cookie, which contains the following elements: name - in this case JSESSIONID; content - the actual value of the cookie, generated by the DNA website; host - in this case www.pna.ro. This cookie expires if you do not browse pages from our website for 30 minutes or more.
2. The temporary cookie, of the acceptance of the Cookie Policy. This cookie remembers that you have acknowledged and accepted our Cookie Policy. This is a temporary cookie that will expire after 180 days of the acceptance of the Cookie Policy. After the expiration of this cookie, when you visit our website, you will be requested again to accept the Cookie Policy. If you do not press the OK, I understand and agree button, you postpone the setting of this second cookie. In this situation, you will see the message about the usage of cookies, every time you navigate web page from the DNA website, and this can be tedious. This is the reason the second cookie is created with a longer validity than the session. This cookie has the following elements: name - in this case politica_pentru_cookie (Rom. Cookie policy); the content agreata (Rom. approved) only if you accept it by pressing the button; host www.pna.ro and expiration date set by the server.
The DNA website does not create third party cookies on your browsers (for websites other than www.pna.ro).
The DNA website does not store other cookies in your browser, except for the aforementioned ones.
The cookies generated by the Internet page in your browser do not contain executable code/software programmes/malicious code to be executed in your browsers. The cookies do not record your personal preference which are the result of your interaction with other Internet websites.

The personal data that we collect:

The DNA website collects the IP address and the IP port of your browser only when submitting an on-line notification of corruption acts, when pressing the Send message button.
In the aforementioned Notify us about corruption page, we use a Recaptcha web module provided by Google, which stops the automatic fill of this form by electronic means, allowing the filling of the form only by people. This control has separate terms and confidentiality policies beside the DNA Cookie Policy. Those terms and policies can be read from the links on that control.

The aggregated data that we collect:

The DNA web site collects the name of your Internet browser, as it is reported by it, in order to optimize the access to the DNA website and to solve the potential compatibility issues. This information is collected generically, just once, when you access the website, without recording the IP or port address you are using when browsing the page.

The Internet website collects the words/expression you are searching (not the result of your search) in order to optimize your search and to prevent possible attempts to block other users' access to ths public information services that the Internet web site provides, without recording your IP or port address you use when you navigate on our website.

The DNA website counts the number of users that visit our website (distinct sessions), without recording your IP or port address you use on when you navigate on our website.

The DNA website counts the number of visits of the press releases, also taking the day of the visit into account, without recording your IP or port address you have used on when you navigate on our website. We collect this data for statistical purposes related to the relevance of the press releases posted on the DNA Internet website.

With exception of the aforementioned personal data or aggregate data, the DNA website does not collect any other personal or aggregate data.

To hide the notification about the usage of cookies, you must press the following button
